Bodywork
Massage therapy
I see individuals as holistic beings where the conscious mind, the physical body, emotions and behavior work in symbiosis. Believing that traumas, as well as everyday experiences and feelings are manifested in the body.
During the session we work towards finding pathways to unlock and release the body into a state of deep relaxation. The experience is often described as meditative and fluid, a journey of sensations that leaves you feeling deeply relaxed yet light.
I work intuitively with various techniques such as Californian massage, Thai Yoga massage and myofascial release. The aim of each treatment is to engage your body’s natural ability to find balance and healing.
Aquatic Bodywork
Water has been used in sacred ways since ancient times through religious and cultural rituals, blessings, and personal healing practices. A pure source of nature, the water is a mystical space for healing and awakening.
Aquatic bodywork sessions are received in a pool or a natural source of water (if conditions allow). The receiver is held in a floating state, while being moved, folded, stretched and massaged. A session often includes an underwater part where the receiver is moved under water wearing a noseclip.
Just as a bodywork session on land, each aquatic experience is a unique exchange between giver and receiver. The sessions often induce a profound mental and physical relaxation, a sense of letting go, feeling nurtured and held, while challenging boundaries.
